Community-focused ministries are very important to our congregation.  One of the ways we fulfill this is by leading worship services at local retirement homes.  Volunteers lead singing and prayers, and a brief devotional reflection is shared at these monthly services.  The Pastor also makes regular visits to our congregation’s home-bound and skilled nursing facility residents for communion and prayer.

The Highland Home (1600 Walnut Street) – Community Room – 1st Sunday of the month at 6:30pm.

Shut-In (home-bound & skilled nursing facility residents) members are generally visited on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Contact Pastor Cody if you’re interested in accompanying him on these visits.  Many of our elderly members love being visited by friends and familiar faces from church!
